I have been with Metro for 8 years & brought friends & family there. In the last 5 years every phone I have purchased has been broken or breaks within 30 days. To go on with every single thing that has happened I would need to write a book.

Most recent my Samsung Code that has been replaced 5 times decided to crash and be logged as International, meaning phone does not register my number..short meaning I need a new phone. I order one from Metro PCS.com website.

Which to me is a their site. The phone comes with no paper work. I have a hard time charging it and turning it on. Charge is over night it still has no battery. I take it to the "Authorized Dealer" they say Oh they phones dont really stay charged especially with Aps.."I say interesting I havent even hooked the phone up to my number yet" Oh we can do that for $15.95, why do I have to pay i didnt break my phone and cant I do that my self for free..I have metro back up I need my numbers transerred oh thats $19.99..

Then why am I paying every month for backup. Aggravated I pay the connection fee and leave. Keep phone on charger again all night and drive around with 2 phones one for contacts one for use.

Next day I have an event to go to, guess what phone blacks out, now I have no phone again for 8 hrs it will not charge or turn on..and is extrememly hot.

Now I go to another Metro store ask for number to customer service or corporate I am told we dont have that..I said how do you contact them?? They said we dont. We just authorized dealer.

I drive to Corporate on US 1 to be told. We dont take or handle online orders you need to contact them. Which I had already did for 2 hrs they told me send them the phone and in 2 weeks they "might be able to send me another one" Leaving me no phone for 2 weeks.

Corporate then proceeds to tell me Metro Pcs online is a "Third Party Store" They are NOT Affilliated!!!! What??? I am giving my information to someone I dont know and have been paying my bill there for years!!. They said they can place a order thru LG for another phone but NO Guarantee it will be a NEW Phone. It might be reburbished!!! The phone is 2 days old and you want to replace with a used one!!!!!.

If I wanted a used phone I would of bought one from Craiglist I told them. said in the last year i have spent almost $2000 in phones for my household and ALL of them broken. I then asked for a replacement battery to try that. Sorry we dont have one. You can call LG or Online im told again.

Ok please transfer my contacts. Sorry we tried it didnt work. So (2) places no contacts no phones and im out $350 so far.

Same night I call online again..now im told they cant take it back it has over 60 mins talk time!!! Theres nothing they can do. call LG or go to corporate. HA!! I call LG..they tell me "well these phones come from Korea & thailand we dont have them here. they come off a ship we sell them to stores. and proceeds to mock me!!!! Says send us the phone we send it to korea or China for repair then you get it back..hmm 4-6 weeks!!!!! Leaving me no phone!!!!

Finally I have to leave that night to go out of town. Phone wont charge i out it on car charger using GPS phone is so hot I cant pick it up. After 2 1/2 hrs of almost reaching my desitination i go to text person i am almost there..the Freakin phone makes a sound smells like fire and goes black!!!!!!

NO phone NO contacts NO directons!! I am stranded where I dont know at night in a not very good area with no money!! Guess what never met my friend cause i had no contact information was lost because didnt know where I was going. Found my destination & no friend the place is too big. Now 3 hours later I have to book a hotel to stay at. And yep I didnt have enough money on my card so it overdrafted why?? Cause I had to buy a new phone last minute due to Metros lack of consideration and service.

I am not even going to go into the rest of what happened to me other than..I went back to corporate when i finally made it home 2 days later!! I mentioned Law Suit and what happend to me. Now they give me a another phone, but i am told they dont know if its new..i need to judge it by looking at it (LOL) it wasnt in a brand new box but a refurbhished one like I didnt notice cause they think we are stupid.

Now they can suddenly transfer my contacts..but couldnt thurs or sat when i tried. And for the first time in 8 years of metro history i have been with them!!! They managed to transfer TEXT messges YEs 668 of them!! Liars, CHeats Thieves they are. My storied and nightmares with them go on beyond what i can write here.

I can say this the charger from the old phone is not working and I have no full battery!!! I can say that yesterday the phone blacked out and left me again for 5 hrs in another city with no phone!!!!!! Lucky for me I knew my way around that one!!!
I call today..
They say there is no # for headquarters, or address, you can write to a PO BOX address. Or visit online (the third party) he assures me thats not third party its METRO PCS only and says see it says it online..

The Supv at corporate says their not affilliated..???? Who's the LIAR, Who's the scammer???

CSR Rep at another store says to me. Yep Metro knows their phones break thats how they make their money since they dont off contracts..

I would love to SUE the pants off them, for stealing from me, leaving me stranded and putting my life in danger not once but a few times. & almost costing me my job last year for disconnecting my phone by accident when they double charged my bank account!! Yep took the money twice and disconnected me!!!.. What a shame.

Disgusted..Disappointed..& Disrepected!
