We have had a claim since 3-21-2010 and have seen our adjuster twice talked to him once.
We were told that it would be an up hill battle to get our money but it can be done we at metro will do everything we can to get you your money.
Still waiting it is september 8 2010 after 30 phone calls we have given up and decided to do something else.
When anyone from this company says they can help you whatever you do do not believe them they are a bunch of phony people they really do not care about you your just a bunch of numbers to them.
We should have done this ourselves we would have gotten further.
