Metro Vending advertises as A company that suplies locations and gets bottling Companys to supply the vending machines to the operator at said locations. all the vend operator has to do is buy product from the bottling Co. Sounds good doesn't it. and it only costs $10,000.00 to have 10 or in my case 13 machines located. $5000.00 upfront and the other $5000.00 after 5 Machines were located. Well Jennifer after about 30 days after she had my money and 5 emails to her she notified me to get intouch with David at DRPepper Snapple group he would get me signd up as a vender the only problem with this is I needed to set up an account and get a resale permit according to David Ok I could do that now here is where the problem comes in he was going to charge me $17.00 Per case plus CRV witch comes out to $.76 per item.

I can buy it at the local grocery store for $.55 plus tax and crv witch brings it to $.65. I would have to pay $.11 more then pay estamated sales tax on the sales amount Jennifer said should be $1.25 per Ea. the problem is in the area I am in bottles are selling in Vending Machines for only $1.00 so $1.25 is un realestic. I asked for a better deal she would not address it. I asked for my money back and she said that I was taking what they taught me and going out on my own Wrong All I want from them is a fair deal with she refuses to give O by the way this David Jennifer refered me to only emailed me once what lookes to be a bogus aplication made on Microsoft Excell. does not even have a place for vend operators.I emaild David back to ask questions but he never got back even responded. As far as I am conserned Metro has done nothing but take my money. Jennifer has been no help at all. In their contract it states that Seller Metro Vending will construct Buyer (Me) another vending machine program of equivelent value where buyer is the owner of the machines if bottler is unable to make avalible the machines. As far as I am conserned the bottler has not made available the machines because Metro has not set up an account. that is equitable for me to be able to make a prffitable business. Metro vending does not do what they state. they will do. I have no account with DrPepper nor do I have any Locations for Soda machines at all. Metro has not done their Job. I have lodged a complaint with FTC and would urge any one who metro has wronged to do the same. they advertise 30 years in business and member of BBB both are untruths. After checking this is the Second report in 2012 donot get caught like I did. do not send any money to MEtro Vending they will do Shody work if they do any at all.
