Metro West Appraisal Co LLC Timothy L. Scheible Bogus Appraisal on Home, would consider it Fraudulent Norhtville, Michigan

When refinancing a home a mortgage lender will send an appraiser out like Timothy L. Scheible from Metro West Appraisal Co LLC. Timothy L. Scheible will write up an incomplete appraisal by missing large amounts of information and by filling in wrong data, like the square footage of the house, exclude a detached garage, states the property is swamp when it is not, etc. Timothy L. Scheible will also state that a house that has had around $10,000.00 worth of updates done to it has "depreciated" in value in one year; considers comparables to a house on 7.33 acres, allows up to 4 horses with a pond and lakes behind it with over 1,000 acres of state land behind that - is comparable to houses that are, in a different city, on less than 1 acre, have no lakes or land around it, unable to keep horses and is zoned differently - as 'comparible'. 

When you resort to getting an attorney involved and submit legal paperwork to point blatant mistakes out Timothy L. Scheible will 'fix' the appraisal paperwork by filling in the info he didn't originally include to match what the legal paperwork states but will not adjust the value of the property accordingly. So even though you go out of your way to prove the appraisal that was submitted has bogus information, despite getting an attorney and submitting legal documents providing proof the appraisal should be void, not only will the company this appraiser works for - Metro West Appraisal Company LLC stand by knowingly bad information so will your Mortgage company (like Quicken Loans). So, bottom line is - they will all stand by information proven to be completely wrong and inaccurate when making decisions on your livelihood.

I will NEVER do business again with a company like Quicken loans or Metro West Appraisal Co LLC. They will NOT look out for your best interest, but they will take your money and work your nerves. Whatever you do - you are better off doing business elsewhere. Unless you like playing games and having your nerves worked.
