Mgr Solutions ripoff took 450.00 from me and told me to get all these estimates for my salon then nothing ever happened Houston Texas

these people took me for 450.00 and 2 months to get estimates on opening a salon.this all started in june of 06 and it is still going on and i have yet to receive any letter from the government that they promised.
they told me to get estimates on what i need to do to open this hair salon,so i had contractors come in,laid 1,000.00 down on this building so it wouldn't get sold and randy(the good talker)told me this would only take 4-6 weeks to get this grant.so i was already i sent all my estimates to them and did everything they said.when i didn't here from them after 8 weeks i called them and my paper work was being reviewed by their (attorney).
well they are so full of it.i would call them every week and either no one would answer so i would leave a message and they would never call back or randy was never there.
when i did get them on the phone it was you should receive you letter with in a week ,then of course i never did so i was getting very anger so the next guy that was my new guy because i really think randy quite because he was tierd of listen to me.anyway ben said well you should have received the letter because your names on the list. well randy always said that they don't know who gets their letters.oh by the way i forgot to tell you that this was 100% guaranteed and you have to be turned down 3 times before you get your money back.
the last time i called was jan 16 of this year no answer so i left a nasty gram and sent a complaint to the bbb.3 weeks later i receive my very first letter from them saying that i did not comply with their terms to receive my refund.my reply to them was how can i if i didn't even receive 1 letter let alone 3.
this so called company is a big rip-off they broke all my dreams and hopes of bettering my life and my 2 girls.i will do what ever i have to do to put this mgr rip off solutions in the hole,like they did me. being a single mom and coming up with 450.00 to give them in 1 week because it was suposably the end of their quarter and if i didnt i would have to wait till the next time.every time i here government grant i think rip off!!!!!!these people need to be put in front of a judge for what they are doing and i hope it does happen

yesterday i tried to call MGR and every single phone # was blocked.Does anyone have a new number or even know where they are at now?I would really like to get my money back. these people are the worst and if i do get a hold of them its not going to be pretty.Its been over a year and nothing. and now i cant even get ahold of these cons.

called Mgr today and talked to Sean he told me that Ben miller was fired and that this Steve Bryant was cleaning up Ben's mess.(as i was laughing the whole time).he told me that Steve would call me back in 6 days well we all now that that's a bunch of ----.i told him i did not want a call back because i now it wont happen so just put my check in the mail.he replys they are working on my benefit package and i will be receiving it soon, and a whole bunch more crap that he said i told him i want to talk to this Steve now,he is way to busy tiring to keep everyone happy,i reply i bet you have a lot of pissed of people and i have read all kinds of things about you. so anyway i took someones advice and sent FTC and the bbb a report.and i did receive a letter form them both.so instead of talking to Steve i think all of us should do this maybe something good will come out of it.
