and take them to the Hilton at Griffin Road and I-95(Approx. 20 min drive). Homecoming ended at 12:00, the driver was to bring the students(15 -18 yrs of age) back to my home(Approx. 20 min drive).
The students loaded on the bus early and pulled away from the Hilton by 11:35pm, and the bus arrived in my driveway at 11:58pm. The bus pulled
away by 12:05am. We finished a half hour early as per the contract of 6.5 hours for the sum of 2,443.32.
On December 3, 2008, I received my credit card statement to discovered that I was over charged $ 926.15. I was never notified that there were any additional charges, I knew that we finished a half hour early. They charged my credit card the sum of: $3,369.47. Notified my credit card company that I was over charged and and theMiami Limousine International Co. would not explain why I was over charged on December 10, 2008.
I called them and spoke with Dennis on December 4, he said that he would look into the situation. He verified it was NOT due to any type on damage.
I called repeatly, December 5, 10, 16, & 22. He said that he was looking into
it still, the driver has been off - waiting for him to return, left him messages. I got no response. The holidays came and went and we were on vacation. Still no response and I was out of town on business from Jan 9 thru 18.
On January 20, I called Dennis again, he said oh I am sorry the ladies in the office should have called you back. We researched it and the driver lyied about the out time and we fired him. However, we can only refund you 526.13. I said, WHY, You made the mistake because your employee lyied.
We argued, he said it all they could give me and I said that they were taking advantage of me and I want a full refund. He then put me on hold.
A man name Joseph picked up the phone, very angry and said that now he was only going to give me $400.00 and there was nothing that I could do about it and that my time went over a half hour. I told him that I had 44 students and about 15 adults that could sign notarized affidavits to the fact we did not go over and one screaming student because the bus pulled out
early. That was the 43 students choice, no one was left at the dance. I asked him how much is the charge per hour he said $ 295.00, I said a half hour would only be $147.50. Joseph said too bad this is all I am giving you, and I just sent you the credit on your credit card of $400.00 - that was on 1-20-09. I have never received a credit on my credit card.
I just want my refund for the over charged amount of $926.15
