A bad experience with Michael Bendett & Live Contact Leads.  A good 50% of the transfers that I received were a hang up before I even had a chance to connect.  But I still was charged for the "phantom transfers".  In addition, on many occasions the system would not work.  Always a different excuse from Michael and never an apology.  He would take his time calling me back or returning my emails.  Again, more wasted time.  A very frustrating experience.

I will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone.

An open FTC (Federal Trade Commission) complaint is open against this company for violating DNC rules.

 

If you have used this company and experienced the angry consumers screaming at you, or affected by thier DNC violations you can direct your consumers to call the FTC file #78688446 to complain about this company at 877-438-4338. 

 

Run away and do not look back.  Complete rip-off.
