After telling Michael several times I tired calling Pinnicle Financial Group's main number to let them know what's going on but you cannot press zero "0" to reach an operator and they only have a dial by name using the persons last name only. Guess what, Michael never revealed his last name so it's the scam tatics that Pinnacle is using to avoid getting slapped on the wrist from the FEDs.
