We have discovered that there might be others in a similar situation and have full intentions of bringing Mr. Grissinger to justice. In short, we won't waste any more time explaining stories or emails regarding this horrific businessman, but essentially we paid him a sum of around $2,000 and never received any product. The lack of communications and missed deadlines breached the agreements we made and has caused damage to our web presence. Mr. Grissinger was paid via paypal.

Mr. Grissinger continues to show numerous people why we cannot "trust" individuals on the internet and I hope karma bites him in the @$$.
Our advice would be to lock up his paypal account with paypal disputes and declare an unauthorized charge. That will lock his account and prevent further incidences from happening until paypal can make a resolution.
