Promises home owners a free upgrade to a lifetime architectural shingle no charge and he will be able to pay your deductible on top of that. Ends up charging you for the upgrade and your deductible and then files for more money from your insurance company after his roofing crew damages your siding, and gutters with carelessness after the job is already completed. Not to mention on inspections he likes to "create" his own soft metal damage to make the insurance adjuster think there is good hail on this home, unfortunately 99% of the adjusters have more then 4 months experience and can identify the differences between hail and self made indentations. Lastly, if you end up doing business with these frauds get your insurance check signed by your mortgage company yourself and don't give it to them until they start the job, Michael likes to take your money, turn it in receive his commissions, spend the money, then call you a couple weeks later saying the ins. company did not give him enough money to do the roof and can't follow the contract between him and the home owner. Out of pocket payments for deductibles and the upgrade.
