This guy will built your website offer to host then offer addtional SEO service. When your site suddenly get hacked he will offer to fix it. When you pay him and ask for a copy of your site. He will disappear.
Clearly he is waiting for a payoff but, I refuse to deal with him again. My own fault to deal with a guy like this! BEWARE!!!!

I hope this warning will help other unsuspecting business owners.
