His m.o. is to call repeatedly to explain why he hasn't or won't get to work on the house. One story is more spectacular than the last. (Don't get me wrong: he is in no way accountable. It's always someone else's fault.) He said his wife was an attorney with the Bureau of Indian Affairs in Boulder, but I don't think there is even a BIA office there. He said he had a little daughter too.
and gave an address in Lafayette that doesn't exist. I know this because I've hired 2 different process servers in an attempt to get him into small claims court, and they can't find him. He may be using a ficticious name.

It's spring, so Michael Murray, (or Martinez) will be out collecting checks from homeowners again. BEWARE! He's a short, stout, round-faced early forties probably and drives a big red late model Dodge (I think)truck.
He goes down by the Denver Rescue Mission and picks up poor unemployed guys (non English speaking Mexicans preferred). My guess is that they never get whatever he promised them.
Murray (or Martinez) saw my report on ripoffreport.com and called me a couple of more times to raise hell. Fortunately, he was stupid enough to leave threatening messages on my phone, which leaves us a little bit closer to finding him!
