I would like to strongly caution anyone who is contemplating purchasing leads from Ryan Garner at topinvestorleads.com. I spoke to Ryan about purchasing well qualified, "front called" oil and gas investor leads. I stated that I was looking for fresh leads that had recently been called and qualified as to being accredited, liquid and interested in oil and gas projects. He told me that he had just what I was looking for and that he could sell me 3200 of them for $2000, or 500 for $300.

Knowing full well that these "front called" freshly verified leads typically sell for at least $18.00 a piece, I assumed that he must have misunderstood. I explained again exactly what I was looking for and he assured me that is what he had. He advised that these leads were no more then a week old and that each one of them had been called by a telemarketer and qualified. According to Ryan, they all stated that they were accredited,  liquid, and interested in oil and gas projects. Believing that this was to good to be true, I ended the phone call by telling Ryan that I wanted to do some due diligence and think about it.

A short time later that same day, Ryan called back and offered me a free sample of his leads. He then sent three(3) leads to me via email. Now let me ask you experienced salesman a question. How often have you called three leads in a row and the following happened: 1) They all answered. 2) They all were friendly 3) They all were qualified and very interested? Not very often right? Would you think that maybe those leads were actually his friends and or business associates posing as investors? Well, those three aforementioned things occurred and I thought that there was a strong possibility that these so called leads were fake.

Over the next several days Ryan called me daily and urgently tried to get me to purchase his leads. He told me that he had other interested people and that I had better act quickly if I wanted them. That of course created even more suspicion on my part because we all know that lead brokers typically sell the same lead to multiple salesman. That is unless you are buying "exclusive" leads and how many times have any of us seen "exclusive" "front called" "qualified" leads for less the one dollar a piece?

That is a lot like buying a brand new Corvette for $2000. Ryan then became arrogant and rude and said that most of his clients order a couple thousand dollars worth of leads at a time and for me to be hesitant about spending a couple hundred indicated that I was a waste of time. He then said..."good luck with your free leads" and he hung up the phone. In my opinion if Ryan was a honest professional, he would not have called me a waste of time but rather would have remained friendly and asked me to please provide him feedback as to how his sample leads worked out.

A couple days later when I made follow up calls with the (3) sample leads, I discovered that one of the numbers was no longer in service and I left voice-mail messages for the other two. Much to my surprise one of the two called me back and told me that he had been advised by an "investment company" that his number had been given out in error and that he should not invest with anyone. I then informed this gentleman to please tell Ryan Garner that I would be making a post on Ripoff Report in order to warn other people about his extremely questionable business practices. This gentleman then became upset which I found quite odd considering that he had told me previously that he did not know who Ryan Garner was.

While it is true that I did not spend/loose any money with Ryan Garner, I strongly caution anyone who is thinking about doing business with him for all of the reasons stated above. Good Luck in your endeavors

Satisfied Customer - Micheal's Credibility

AUTHOR: Chuck - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, November 01, 2012

I've bought leads from Ryan Garner several times and been satisfied and willing to buy again. Most Employers/customers can look past a few blunders or unsatisfied customers.

I wish we all had more constructive things to do, rather partake in this stupid internet blame game over a few hundred bucks, oh wait looks like Michael didn't even buy anything.

Please provide me with your address so I can send you a tissue, you stupid Weasel. Michael People in the Obama Supporting Bankrupt California don't have credibility, Just accept it and find something else to do.

Ridiculous

AUTHOR: Michael - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 17, 2012

Ryan,

To think that I conspired against you is totally absurd and blatantly not true. You are a desperate scam artist who will sink to very low levels in a feeble attempt to continue ripping people off for your gain. You need to be put out of business...you are a liar and you know it. I stand behind everything that I wrote. You know very well what you tried to do.

To those of you who are interested in buying investor leads, avoid Ryan Garner if you know what is good for you. I do have a better option. Call Michael Johnson at The World Information Network. (818) 641-1735. I can not guarantee that you will like his leads, but he has been fair and honest with me.

Good rebuttal Ryan

AUTHOR: Olivia - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 16, 2012

Ryan Garner- good rebuttal! I work in a similar biz not far from the dallas area. Although we have not met or done business I've heard a few good things about you and your business. Way to stay positive!  My boss tells me all the time "You cannot please everybody". If you've been in business for 7 years then i'm sure you know that. In addition, if you have only had 2 negative complaints in that time period then it seems you must be doing something right.

Also-we get calls all of the time for people looking to get similar information for free and it can really be a drag. I don't understand how people who supposedly have an established business and are trying  to get millions from investors promising great returns don't have any money to invest themselves into their business haha. I mean, what does that say about that kind of person. Anyways, the Paullbitski guy sounds like a bad fraud who is really good at destroying people's reputations. If he ever calls us here I will update it on this report. Keep doing what you do. You don't want his business.

Sincerely,

Olivia Edgar

Response to Complaint

AUTHOR: Ryan Garner - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 16, 2012

The above complaint is a complete hoax! The gentleman listed as Michael is working with another individual to tarnish my name and reputation. I have been in business for over 7 years and have hundreds of very satisfied customers. There are references listed on our site and we are always very happy to provide more upon request. I was very disappointed to see the 2 posts on the same day that i did. After further research, i found that the complainant was unfortunately working with another unsatisfied customer that has actually been a very loyal customer for nearly 5 years. I have spoken to 3 of my biggest competitors in the leads business and they are all aware of your name and your sole intention of getting free leads for nothing, promising to pay a commission on the back end. That would be illegal and is not worth any further discussion.

Michael, I do thank you for the time to express your opinion/unsatisfaction. We are always open to discuss matters of mediation with unsatisfied clients, although there have been very few in over 7 years. However, you are not a paying client. I will reiterate this so that i am clear. When you called and texted initially I stated that we do not usually provide sample leads and we cannot stand behind the accuracy of them simply because we save the surveyed, quality data for paying customers. There are literally thousands of companies that have called and asked for free leads in order for them to build a monetary foundation for his/her business. These calls are typically from start-up companies with little or no capital trying to basically "get something for nothing".  Providing such a service to everyone would put us out of business.

We have had tremendous success with our business and we have built solid relationships with hundreds of reputable companies by providing quality data. I am sorry that you did not have success with your 5 free leads even though that is hardly a random sample. You may want to change your hard-sell approach and trying building rapport with your prospects. I strongly suggest trying another leads company. Although your negative write-up was unwarranted, I would like to provide you with 5 more leads to replace the ones that made you so angry. I'd also be glad to refer you to a few other well-known leads companies if you'd like to call, text or email me as you have in the past.  I sincerely wish you the best of luck with your endeavors.

Although these degrading slanders may never be erased and may very well hurt our business and my reputation, I will always strive to do what is right in the eyes of the Lord. Thanks for reading.

Clairification

AUTHOR: Michael - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, September 28, 2012

I am Michael Paulbitski the author of the above complaint. I did not want to post it anonymously because I feel it demonstrates credibility when the complainant's name is revealed. I am willing to stand behind every word I stated. Unfortunately my name appears in the wrong place! My name is in the title so it appears that I wrote the complaint about myself! Yes I know...that is kind of funny. Unfortunately I can not edit the complaint after it is submitted...so I am posting this update for clarification.
