Michael Ziton horrible defense,total rip off Phoenix, Arizona

 I called Mr Michael Ziton after seeing his name in website for a lawyer in Arizona. He answered and he convinced me that he was the one who can defend my son  felony charges of marijuana case. I said I am not sure if I hire him. He took my phone number and my son's cell number from that time on he keep calling us. My son said do not hire him.  Mr Ziton called me again the next day.His scare tactics got me when he said" they will come and get your son because they knew where he lives." I was so shaken.  He said I will do what no other lawyers do and I have 25 years of experience as defense attorney. He promised to do everything in his power to get my son off. He will even go behind the judge and talk to him. I said I do not have the money to pay you  now.He said do you have a cridet card? I was so vulnerable at the time  and was  so depressed.I give him my cridet card number and he qiuckly  charge $7,500. He said that he will try to get the issue resolve in 60 days and I do not have to pay him the rest of the fee of $6500. My son was so upset I hired him. My son went to court with him and he ask for 60 days for next  court appearance. Everytime I call him about the progress of what he have done he then ask for the rest of the money. He said your son has to bring me the rest of the money. I said it has not been 60 days yet.He become more agitated with me calling him and said he already put in so many hours ..Mr Ziton  did absolutely nothing and not even have a plea deal  with the prosecutor. I refused to give him anymore money. When 60 days came and my son went to him for the court appearance he told my son give me the rest of the money and I will give you what you want.  he even offered to take my son to the nearest  bank before entering the court building.I refused to give him my credit card. He went to court and told the judge he is removing himself from the case because he did get paid for his services. That was a total lie.He took my $7,500 for the 60 days  of doing nothing  to resolve the case. My son was rebuked severely by the judge in front of everybody.  He was so  embarrased and felt betrayed. . I was so heart broken.This man claimed to be a christian and he has no compassion whatsoever.  Mr Ziton was far more interested in lining his pockets than providing the defense I hired him for. Then  he walked out of court and said something to the prosecutor. Some  attorney said .. he throw you under the bus . Now I am stucked  paying the $7,500 cridet card bill and  with high enterest. I am 71 years old and making $600 a month on SS pensions. Stay away from this man.
