But by the Proof of receipts and her own admission she has been proven guilty. Everything that has been said is all verifiable Facts. Even though I am sure you are a friend of the family and DO NOT know all the facts I do respect your feeling to protect someone close to you!

I am filing on ripoff report because if you take the time to read the guidelines, you CAN file your report with TRUE information that is filed against a personal party! I have never lied, chosen misleading words, or fabircated any part of my information listed! I have proof to back up every word I say, from her lies, to information on the scam, and more!! Can you honestly say that about whom you are backing up? What proof do you have that she did not do this or that she is truly working on fixing this matter, besides her word...which is worth 2cents at this point to all the moms out of money!?!

We are a group of Stay at home moms, and work at home moms, who have husbands who work hard to make living for us! Many of us struggle from month to month, and made the choice to splurge on a set of diapers from a mama who made it seem she was trusting! Losing over $1500 in the process! Where did that money go if this was not a set out scam? Did she accidentally spend it? oops...I forgot to send the dipes and I spent the money?! Get real!

We are not asking for anymore letters from michelle or her husband with excuses of everything wrong in thier lives, which ALL at this point turn out to be lies! We are only asking that if this was NOT set out to be a scam to take our money, that she step forward and do the RIGHT thing. Give us ALL back our money, or send us our dipes!!

Michelle/Martin claim they have talked to Paypal about the matter and that they are holding thier money! Feel free to call Paypal yourself, but they (THE COMPANY PAYPAL) say they have not heard from the Hidalgos at ALL! That they are trying to contact them, and have sent letters, only to get ignored! Plus Paypal claims there is NOT money in the account to pay people back, or they would just do that! Do you honestly think Paypal is holding the money just so they can get calls day and night from mamas who want thier money? what would that be fun for paypal?

I think it is noble to stick by your friends side, but at the same time. We have a right to do what it takes to get our money! Also, it is funny that you think it is ALL me doing the searching in this matter. Be aware, there were over 51 mothers affected in this...I am NOT alone, I do NOT stand alone, and I do NOT work alone! I would not have the time to do all that!

I DO have alot of things better to do with my time, but I am involved in this first hand, and I see the effects this has had on many mothers lives! Loss of money due to a stupid choice is one thing...you can move on...but loss of money due to a thief is another! And seeing justice done, and doing what it takes to fix the matter is not a crime!

Regardless if these moms' claims are true or not, their aggressive and collaborative attacks on Michelle Hidalgo and her family are extremely disturbing. If you seach the Internet, you will see numerous "Rip Off" alerts and warnings about Michelle Hidalgo put together in the last few days by these "outraged" moms. You would think she stole their children the way they have banded together to vehemently and viciously attack Michelle and her husband Martin.

Michelle is a private citizen (not a company) who may or may not have taken them for a ride, but whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Taking matters into your own hands and trying to share information to help others from falling victim to a supposed scam is one thing. Slandering and repeatedly attacking this fellow Mom is just cyber bullying. I say they should save their "outrage" for more pressing issues. Your point has been made. You feel wronged. We get it. Now can you put this energy into something productive? How about helping the poor people in Texas who lost everything in the last Hurricane? Or how about putting your "crunchie" beliefs into practice by starting a local green initiative? Just a thought. My main point is, turn your negative experience into a positive one instead of spreading more hate.

So we have been talking to her (husband) Martin through emails, or at least thats what was stated, who has been claiming that poor michelle is just sick to death taking care of thier baby in NICU since beginning of Sept! That poor baby! Only to find out that she gave birth to her baby via C-section on Sept 16th at Scottsdale healthcare shea! How is it possible she was taking care of a baby in ICU for the past two weeks, only to have delivered two days ago!!! Her lies never end!!

After two weeks of fighting with Paypal who is no help, being lied to by michelles so called husband through emails saying she is working things out with paypal, I am at the end.

How can a woman be so low! First you steal, lie and cheat people!...and you honestly expect us to move on, and let it go! She needs to go to jail and pay for the crimes she has commited!
