Not received services that were paided for for helping with the process of filling for a Non-contested Divorce. Michigan Divorce Online was suppose to help with all the legal paperwork needed to file for a non-contested divorce with the County Court House. Instead they took $250.00 on March 23, 2007 along with all of our personnal information and said it would take 5 business days to receive our paperwork via E-mail which is what we chose. We never recieved the paperwork!!! After 5 business days we tried to contact them by phone and by e-mail and did not get a response. Then on their web page it explained that they were having system problems and that all paperwork would be resent by 4/4/07. Well that didn't happen either. So after many attempts by e-mail and by phone and not hearing from them I have come to the realization that they are a fraud and pulled them up on the BBB and found out that even they couldn't reach this company. I have requested the bank to return funds and am hoping that no one else has to go through this. All the forms can be given FREE at the County Court House. You'll still have to pay the filing fee but you do not have to pay for the forms.

This Company takes personnel information such as Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, bank information and other information. I have filed with the BBB and will be filing with the Attorney General today. They still have not replied to my e-mail or the calls that I made yesterday. Their names are Kim Davis and David Smith. I have been in touch with the bank to and they will hopefully be able to get my money back for me. Lesson very well learned! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
