TO THE MAKERS OF XBOX 360 YOU PEOPLE ARE PITTYFUL. PEOPLE SPEND THERE HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THE KIDS ON A GAME SYSTEM THAT IS SUPPOSED TO WORK MORE THAN A YEAR.
WE SPENT 500.00 TO GET MY SON THE ELITE VERSION FOR XMAS 07 FOR IT TO TAKE A DUMP IN A YEAR.
NOW I KNOW IT DOES MEAN ANYTHING TO YOU PEOPLE BUT FOR SOME OF US MONEY LIKE THAT IS A LITTLE HARD TO COME BY.
NOW MY SON HAS ALL OF THESE EXPENSIVE XBOX GAMES WITH NO SYSTEM, NOW AINT THAT A B*TCH, WE SURE CAN NOT AFFORD ANOTHER ONE SO WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST?

Yeah Xbox 360 is a joke, but did you not see see this "NOTE: Your comments will read better, if you leave a space between paragraphs and don't indent. Don't use all CAPITAL LETTERS, it's hard to read."?

Writing in all caps is quite annoying and makes you look like a fool (spelling and reasoning aside).
Before you write and post something, on the internet especially, calm down and make things at least look reasonable and rational.
And I agree with the previous poster, you need to contact the manufacturer.
Yes, it is frustrating that it broke.
Yes, it is alot of money for a system for average people.
No, its is not wise to throw gas on a fire just because you're upset.
Just my 2 cents, Enjoy.

1. You have pretty bad spelling and grammar for a mom.
2. Did you call customer support? You didn't say. If so, did they say there was nothing they could do? You didn't say that either. I called customer support once, they told me I had to send my Xbox in for repairs. I didn't. I found out how to fix it with a couple of button pushes a month later.
3. For anyone else who wants to buy a new electronic: NEVER buy it the first year it comes out. There's always errors and kinks they need to work out. They'll drop the prices, too. If you do buy it, unless you're a level person (even then sometimes), you might feel ripped off.
4. I think you wrote this spur of the moment, when you were angry. Don't do that, it always results in sloppyness. Wait until you calm down, please.

He needs to get off his butt anyway and go outside and learn to play football, baseball, soccer, martial arts and get into sports instead of sitting around pushing a bunch of buttons and moving some level around....
he will enjoy the sunshine and the fresh air. It's good for kids.
