We then sent back the engine in tact to Mid-city on Feb 24,2006. Mid-city received engine on March 1,2006 and now is stating that the engine sent was not the engine they shipped originally per shaun. Shaun later stated he is not going to refund the monies spent on engine. The issue went from providing a receipt to calling my mechanic and accusing him of taking parts from the engine.
This company is a total rip off and I would like some legal assistance or referals to lawyers to get this issue resolved.
