at its best!

Midas quoted replacing the shocks on my Honda Passport. I priced out the same shocks at Schucks Auto Supply and compared them to that listed on the Midas quote. The Midas price was twice as much for purchase of the shocks alone.

OK.  So Midas has to make some money on the shock purchase price.  No problem.  I stopped by Les Schwab for a check on the labor side of the quote.  Midas was more than twice the price of Les Schwab.

When I discussed this with the manager, he laughed and questioned my data.  Buyer beware!  This Midas charged me more than twice the market price for shock replacement.  No low price guarantee here.
