When you get anything done at one of these stores ask to see the technicians certifications. I can guarantee you. That the person who did the work wasnt certified
Instance Miller road store. All guys Certified in Brakes but only one certified in engine repair and another certified in Front end. So how is it a guy not certified in engine repair or front end work can work on my car? Store 804 same story just different certs and Pierson rd
If you take in your car they will tell you that you need a three step flush ..ITS BULL..corporate office pushes the sales. Parts markup is sometimes over 100% or more. The three step ..A manager will brush his finger in the throttle body bore to show you dirt ...yup thats normal unless its excessive then i would suggest it or better yet buy some sea foam and a can of carb clean same results and doesnt cost 79.99.
