Midland Credit Management (MCM)  also doing busines as LVNV FUNDING, LLC

This company doesnt mind volating FTC rules.

I'm into my third year of this nightmare with them.

Someone apparently used my name to acquire a Sears credit card more than 10 years  
ago. It seems when I was 10 years old. It was sent to different address than mine. 
I found out about the fake report when I received a Military Secret Clearance at my last job 
after a Federal Investigator contacted them and told them their information was incorrect. 
That was in 2009. 
 
Since that time I have contacted this company no less than 5 times, sent them copies of school records, medical records, and copies of my Drivers Lic clearly showing my date of birth, and proving that this is not my account.  Not unless Sears has taken to giving 10 year old girls Credit Cards.  I have receipts for the express mail signed by them. But their supervisor a very rude lady named  
Cynthia Yargin claims never received them, (her office personnel told me otherwise). 
 
These people now after 3 years are asking for my Birth Certificate........... 
Ok, Ignore the Federal Investigator, Ignore the all the information sent signature mail, 
Ignore me.......... 
They even used the information I gve them to re-aged the account to make it look like
it started in 2009, the year I turned 18, rather than 10 years
 
I guess its time to sue.....
