Midland Funding - Pressler And Pressler "THE LEVY MASTERS" THEY DESTROYED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION.......... cedar knolls, New Jersey

                            pressler & pressler so called "by the book law firm"

           to start out i had some financial problems in my past & i got behind with some credit cards that i was unable to pay. one of these cards went to a charge off status, then bought by pressler & pressler for pennies on the dollar to start the harrassment process! i had gotten numerous threatening calls & letters from them (needless to say if i lived in the same town as them, i WOULD be paying them a not so pleasant visit in the parking lot of their firm when they were leaving!!!!!!)

              i did some research online about the laws for bill collectors & they had violated 90% of them including levying my checking account without a phone call or letter. it left me -$400 & counting because i cant close the account due to the levy,the bank charges a $125 processing fee for a levy & it will keep going, i cant stop it!!!!!!!

              i had tried to contact p&p after the first levy & no agreement was reached. the parallegal (so called joke with no backbone) was extremely arrogent & smart*ss!

            all iwanted was to try & get an installment plan to lift the levy,he said i either had to pay it in full or give him the name of the company i was working for (something that is illegal) or the levy will not be lifted so thats where i stand.

             there are numerous complaints against this firm , just google pressler & pressler, there is not one good thing reported about these spineless lumps of shit! also you tube pressler & pressler some good positive stuff about them there too! i filed complaints to the bbb,ftc & attorney generals office..

                 alot of lawyers think they are above everyone else,the reality is they have absolutely 0 backbone!!!!!!! especially PRESSLER & PRESSLER
