I had went on my credit report and midland funding llc stated on had opened
an account in 8/2008,when itried to dispute it,they would not correct the date instead they have retailiated and file a lawsuit against me.They knew
i never opened that account in 8/2008,Because in the court papers they state
the balance was $1300.76 on the following dates 01-31-2006.They intentionally falsified information to the credit bureaus which i have proof of.
They wanted to prevent me from getting credit with anyone else.I am faxing the court papers to all three credit bureaus immediatley to show the credit
bureaus of the intentional false information that midland funding llc gave to them.I am also countersuing them big time. The judge will see the papers
from the credit bureaus and the intentional false information this company
to them. Can't wait to see them in court.

Start by doing this:

Send this debt collector a letter via Certified Mail with Return Receipt (NOT regular mail) stating:

I cannot officially respond to your claim until validation is made for the alleged debt. I am officially requesting validation of your claim, to include:

- A copy of the original application with my signature for this alleged debt
- How much was this debt purchased for?
- Provide a fully itemized statement for the amount you are asking which clearly details how this amount over the amount that was paid for this debt was calculated, including the interest rate being charged. Confirm that this rate falls within state usury limits
- What is the Date of Last Activity being used to calculate the Statute of Limitations for the alleged debt

This letter has been mailed via Certified Mail with Return Receipt. Receipt of this letter is being officially time stamped.
--------------------------------------
* DO NOT sign your signature on any document that you mail to a debt collector. It could end up on a forged document that can be used against you. Simply type your full name.
