Midland Mortgage is simply the worst mortgage company that anyone should have to deal with. They are prejudice and very inconsiderate!!! After 13 years of making my mortgage payment on time month after month, with the economic crisis, I lost my job and my home I invested in became upside down. After 13 years I missed my first payment and due to difficulties of having to retrain for a new career, I missed a second month. I communicated that with Midland and they told me I would have had some time. To my surprise, I received foreclosure proceeding paper by the end of the second month after I was told I had some time. Shortly after, I found a job where I had to take an extreme pay cut; I attempted to do a loan modification and Midland Mortgage denied it. I thought the president of the United State gave money to the bank to help people like me. Where is my help Midland Mortgage.
