Midland told Quicken Loans that I had a principal balance of $282,000. My last mort. co (First Horizon) sent me their final statement on 5/30/08.
It stated that my principal balance at that time (6 months ago) was $280,838.15.
It would seem to me, that after paying Midland for 6 months, it should be less than $280,000 and not $2,000 more.
Its impossible to reach them by phone and it can't find an E-mail address for them.
