Midland Mortgage Co They purchased my loan, w/in 2 months tried to foreclose. I was lucky and got out, but still interested in filing a lawsuit against with my current lendors help, they have documents to prove. Ridgefield, Washington

Originally my trusted mortgage lendor sold my loan to Midland Mortgage.  It was hell from the very beginning.  There were several phone numbers I tried to call them at and I'd either get hung up on or transferred 2-3 different times.  They couldn't verify any information on my loan, examples being the amount due, my terms, my name, address and other really important information.  Then they tried to get me to pay on my "so called loan" of which I never received ANY paperwork on.  I didn't pay them, and then I received a foreclosure notice after 1 1/2 months.  I knew it was a scam the entire time.  I already had my Credit Union working on purchasing the loan from them.  It took my current and most trused bank (CU) to get a payoff from them.  The same thing happened when they tried to call Midland Mortgage, they couldn't get a live person, they'd get hung up on and never received a payoff... meanwhile still receiving foreclosure letters without paperwork??  Finally after 3 months my Credit Union was going to give up on contacting them and just straight sue them.  I called and bitched my way up (really pissed at this point, FEDUP!) to a so called "Supervisor" who apparently told me that my loan was at they're lawers office waiting for final foreclosure..??  When I called they're layer's office, they had no record of me, my home address, or anything about my loan.  So needless to say by that point I was so furious.  I work around the US, traveling and spent my layovers at various airports trying to straighten this out and finally after 3 1/2 months of madness, my Credit Union called and said we got the payoff paperwork, after threatening to sue.. but I am still going to.  They owe me about 700.00 for excess payoff as well, and still have not seen that.  My Credit union and I have detailed notes on the whole saga.  I have about 14 different names, and phone numbers that I've called.   I hope everyone sues them and they go out of business.  They made my life a living nightmare for about a total of 5 months.  Currently still dealing with the payoff excess issue as we speak!!
