During the time when the payments were late Midland conviently sold my loan to Principal Residential--which is when my problems really started and is another report in itself.
The main reason for this report, however, is to let others know that my loan with Midland was a VA loan. IF YOU GET A VA LOAN, FIND OUT WHO IT IS WITH. I must say though that throughout this whole ordeal I was in contact with a VA rep and he was helpfull (although grouchy).
