This company did not cash a check that I mailed for mortgage payment. They are sitting on my check attempting to put me in position where they can foreclose. I have proof of delivery and receipt of May payment (sent in June) and proof that there was money in bank to cover the check. I am behind for June but they by not cashing the check have me two months behind when I'm only a month behind. These people are dirtbags. They are trying to take the home that I've paid on for 14 years and have equity in. You can't email them. Send all communication by certified mail or priority mail with delivery confirmation. They are untrustworthy and dishonest.
