Midnight Velvet Seventh Avenue ,The swiss Colony ,Ginnys country Door,Monroe and Main, The Tender Filet I odered a few items from this company back in 2012 And soon. After i recieved i did not like them and returned them and they are charging me More then 600 dollars. It seems that the charge go Monroe, Wisconsin

I want everyone to know that Midnight Velvet is rip off I returned everything i bought from them and they send me bills after bills forsomething i don't have not only are they rip off but their merchandise are very poorly made and they not worth they price and they bill me every month. They don't have a e-maill address and calling them does no good because they will just tell you there is nothing they can do and that i owe them and thats about it their costumer service is crappy

Why where they returned?  If returned just because you don't like how they are made/material used/changed mind/doesn't fit and so forth the customer is responsible for shipping and processing on the order since it is not the company's fault you don't like it.     If damaged or defective the company will take care of those charges.

They don't have a e-maill address and calling them does no good because they will just tell you there is nothing they can do and that i owe them and thats about it their costumer service is crappy

Actually MV does have an email address, it is listed in a few locations.  All you have to do is go to midnightvelvet.com ,  click customer service then contact us.   If you click on the words Email Us in bold print it will take you to a page that will send an e-mail to the company when you fill it out.  Please include your order # if possible or your name and zip so the person working the e-mail can find the order easier :)

Did you ask them if the return was recieved, if not when it was sent in?  (returns can take up to 3 wks to show in the system)  MV return policy is 60 days, that may have been an issue, but not sure since I don't have the details.

Suggestion, I don't know how you handled the call, but if you act super rude it makes the rep's job much harder. Some are on the phones for a very long time. Sometimes they have to contact someone to over-ride things.   Honestly, I really don't suggest calling right now as hold times this week have been terrible.   I'm sure if you e-mail the company one of us would be real happy to help you resolve this.  

Another suggestion for ANY company, always check reviews or products, and when shopping check the return policy and terms and conditions if you are opening an account.   MV has their's listed online and in the catalog.

Not always C/S's fault.  They have to follow guidlines and rules, sometimes our hands are tied.
