 My car is a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic. When i bought the car it had a little over 300 miles on it. Probably about 2 months after having my car my ac had a bad smell comming from it. I took it to the service department and I was dealing with Paige first, she was very rude and almost made me feel that I was lying about my ac stinking. She told me there is nothing wron with my ac, she also told me when it starts smelling bring it in right then. I am sorry I do work I cant just stop to bring it to them. These certified GM mechanics should of detected it  the first time. So the second time I brought it back and let them know it still stinks.

The second time I brought it back, it was not only for the ac, my back window tint was bubbled and was also peeling. They had someone fix my tint 3 times, and now I have glue all in my car and the top of my car is loose where the window is. The ac is still not fixed again they cant find anything. I bring it home and ask to talk to the service manager, Gary Dolittle, he has us bring it back again and they do a flush on it, made it smell better for a couple weeks, brought it back again and finally they agree there is a smell because other people are starting to complain as well.

Now I am going to bring my car back agian and have an engineer look at it, and they said they put a drip drain in it to help with the smell, well now the smell is coming back, and ot only that when I got my car back all my plastic was scratched on the dash and even had pry marks on it. I let gary know and his first response was oh do you think it was from them?. Well who else would it of been yes it is from them. So he order all new plastic it got put in, and then when driving down the road a screw fell off and hit my foot, and on passanger side where air bag is is hanging off. I went in to let them know and Gary was not in, but they told me because everything that is happening they will get the parts ordered and shipped to our house.

It never happened so I tried calling the GM Jon Vance and he will not return my call. I feel that is very poor customer service on their part. On 05/21/2013 Amy the service manager called me and told me that if we are not satisfied with them then we need to take it to another dealer. I told her that maybe their service department should of fixed my oroblem the first time and not had it continuing for about 4 months. I called the

I called the Camelback Chevrolet Service department and told them the situation, they were very apologetic and I have an appointment with them on June 3rd to hopefully get the issue resolved. I am to the point I dont even like my car anymore. A new car should not have the problems I am dealing with.
