Midway Chevrolet Midway Chevy, Midway Bait and Switch and lies,lies,lies. Worst Internet manager ever., Internet

First of all I had been dealing with a salesman for a week or two and looking online for a crewcab chevy truck. Found one at Midway Chevrolet. Called on the truck, got a quote of $17,240 on this truck that was a 09 with high mileage, which I thought was steep to begin with. It had a nice Leer camper shell on it judging from the 25 pics of it online. I called them yesterday and the sales guy said it was on hold cause the guy that sold it wanted it back and they have to wait till today 9/30/2012 to see if it can be sold. this truck was posted 5 days earlier and I was trying to wait to see whats up with this. Is it for sale cause you have it posted online at$ 17,400. I waited for a call back from the sales guy all morning to let me know. Finally frustrated I drove 50 miles on way to see this truck. I asked to deal with the internet manager and he pawned me off to some greaseball with a bad attitude. Anyhow now today the price went up to $18,999. However they now tell me the camper shell on it was taken off. Bummer. ( Didnt care to say that online or take it offline and snap some new pics of it! Lazy. So I said well I was quoted $$17,240 yesterday by the salesman who didnt mention to me that the camper shell had been removed so some mechanic could get one for his truck and just defect it out so he got it for dirt cheap!Today it was $18,999 So I asked greaseball if he could lower it to $15,000 cause it didnt have the shell now but still had it online for 5 + days. I said thats called a bait and switch.

Term: to post a sale or show a vehicle with one thing, then when you get there to buy it, its totally something else! This greaseball said its not bait and switch, sometimes things happen. (He better go back to school) I said well it was cheaper the other day now its more. He contradicted himself saying that was$18,999 with the camper shell on it. Well duh.Now its 17,400 with no shell. This truck had high mileage on it and they cant come off that price some since I was going to give them cash for it? I got up and was walking away when the internet director Steve T said and I quote it from my mother who heard it as well, " if you dont want to buy the truck we will sell it to someone else" I say if your going to be rude and talk to me and my mother like a 5 year old and not even offer us a water on a hot day in AZ, then sell it to someone else cause if you treat them with that kind of unprofessionalism/rudeness and they buy from Midway, then they definatly have low standards like Midway Chevrolet. And they call themselves #1. Yeah right. Cause them dont care about you,want your money and will lie and pull the bait and switch with you once you get there.

Sad/Sorry excuse for a car/truck dealership! I wouldnt send my worst enemy there. But I will post this to everyone and anyone who will listen/read.
