I bought a used 2000 VW Jetta VR6 engine from these thieves (Midwest auto recycling) on October first 2012. Two days later I contacted the owner Dwayne E Ronczkowski to have it exchanged because the engine is defective, but after three months of many phone calls, many lies and one hour and a half drive to his shop I haven't get anything resolved.
He (Dwayne) will lie to you over and over again.
The employees will also lie to your face, and will tell you that there's no way to contact the owner. They are professional thieves and liars that will tell you anything just to get your money and then the will tell you NO REFUNDS, only exchanges even if they don't have the part you need. Please, DO NOT buy any thing from this place. I contacted the BBB and Illinois attorney general and I will do anything in my power to bring these people to court.

Due diligence my friend, is all I can say. Dwayne E Ronczkowski is currently under indictment for theft out of Hampshire IL in Kane County Criminal Court. Dwayne E Ronczkowski has a widespread and infamous reputation as a fraud, thief, con man and opportunist. Every police officer in Kane County law enforcement knows who he is and their advice is always the same. Stay away from him and his business and under no circumstances do no business with him or his company, period. The girls who work in his office are his nieces and you will get nowhere with them. Currently there are over 15 active felony investigations against Dwayne E Ronczkowski and Midwest Auto Recycling, alleging fraud, theft, deceptive practices as well as other allegations. Dwayne E Ronczkowski has a daughter named Melissa S. Ronczkowski who is a well known local area truck stop prostitute and drug abuser. Melissa S. Ronczkowski was arrested in June of 2012 by the FBI and was involved in selling underage girls into prostitution. She is a multiple convicted felon with past charges of theft, forgery, drugs, prostitution as well as numerous other offenses.
Melissa S. Ronczkowski is following in her daddy Dwayne E Ronczkowski footsteps. It seems they share a common trait in their shared enjoyment of screwing people.
My best advice I can offer you is to talk to the Hampshire Police Dept and try to get some sort of case started against him. The officers at the Hampshire Police are good people and they know all about Dwayne E Ronczkowski and will do whatever than can to help you.
STAY AWAY FROM DWAYNE E RONCZCOWSKI AND MIDWEST AUTO RECYCLING....PERIOD !!!!
