Midwest Circulations LLC Sneaky Scam Artists Internet

It has almost been three whole months since a girl showed up at my door selling magazines for a trip to Australia and she said there were many other kids doing the same thing only to other destinations ,such as England or France. She asked for an adult and since this was my 18th Birthday on that early August day and my little sister wasn't old enough I was sent to the door.

 As I looked through the magazine catalog with points on the side of each listing to go to this "so called trip" that she was showing me she wrote down four magazines that she thought I would like "Everyday With Rachel Ray", "Elle", "Fresh Home", and "Elle Decore". I just wanted to get "Elle Decore" so the other three were crossed out on the receipt. After I found out how much it cost I no longer wanted to order it, but she said once it was wrote down she couldn't cancel it. But she said that the man who made the rounds and collected the orders/money for there safety would be meeting her down on the next street at 9 pm and he would be able to refund me and cancel the order. 

I arrived on the corner 15 minutes early to get refunded and waited for an hour. Since no one showed up I had to Contact Midwest Circulation LLC and they said that they no longer had that magazine and because "so many" other people were having the same problem they had to send out the refunds in rounds and I would be put on the list. They said that it would be several weeks and so i called back in September and they said they were still trying to get my refund out.

 And just yesterday I received a "Everyday With Rachel Ray" magazine in the mail with a thank you for subscribing! That was one of the magazines crossed out on the order receipt from Midwest Circulations. I called this morning to see why I received this and to see where my refund is and the woman said that it should be sent out on Monday. I have Serious Doubts that it is ever coming! That is why I am filing this report and from researching their company I know that I am not alone with this situation.
