Midwest Logistics midlen trucking withholds pay checks, bounces paychecks, and changes rate of pay without notice south bend , Indiana

Midwest has put my family through hell...My husband has drove for midwest for many years, in the last year and a half he came the road and took a HUGE paycut, that was his decission but when he found a job that paid more they increased his pay to get him to stay and promised him a pay increase every year because he hadn't had a rasie in 4 years. Then WITHOUT notice they decided to go to a two week withholding instead of a one week and just TOOK a paycheck. If thats not bad enough then they started bouncing checks and not paying the drivers weekly.

They pay them when ever they feel they want to. I have reported them to the bbb ( beter buiisness bureu), dol(department of labor), and consumer complaints department. They caught everyone up on their pay then did it again this week and when the drivers ask about, complain or say anything they tell them if they don't like it to quit. This is the most irresponsible company I have ever delt with. This company treats drivers horribly and has taken every advantage the company has ever given them away. DO NOT work for this company under any of its names. They are by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
