I gave him $52,000 for one project, and another $120,000 for second project. In total he took over $850,000 from investors, and did not produce, invest or buy anything that he could account for. When asked for an accounting for the funds, he claimed he had no accounting and if you suited him he had nothing to take.
Miguel Sierralta has been doing this for many years and has been sued many times and lost. He has figured out how to make himself un-collectible. His house, cash, and other possessions are in other peoples names or off shore. He does not care about contracts, and has no intention of honoring any contract.
Most likely, the money I gave him was not only used to pay for his lavish lifestyle but also was the seed money for another project that he is making money on. He believes that all money once given to him is now his money to do with as he likes.
