Mike Baker Cellular Sales DOES NOT OFFER EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT Wilmington, North Carolina

It has been awhile now since I have worked for Cellular Sales under the management of Mike Baker and after being told about this rip off site and seeing all the truth in the comments about this company I felt it therapeutic to help anyone who might read this to stay far away from this company as they possibly can.  My disdain for this company compelled me to post here because of the lack of equal opportunity for women in this environment.  I witnessed first hand the anguish Mike Baker caused to his wife while he was cheating on her with another co-worker during the last several months of 2009 and while employed there this current year.  I had to personally console his distraught wife while she would visit the store and listen as to why he was doing this to her after being married for only a couple of years. 

You may ask what does this have to do with anything well it has everything to do with equal opportunity because during this time the employee he was fornicating with and who I will not mention by name (first initial is M and last initial B) was getting the best shifts despite her not reaching the goals that were mandated by Mike in order to stay on the schedule.  Mike Baker blatantly was dating this woman, a co-worker, and giving this person the best shifts and the best money making stores while others with better numbers were dealt less.  I was lied to about the integrity of this company and the possibility of a great working environment.  Beware of employment here and shopping here.  This company is a dead end for anyone who works there unless you enjoy being a pon!
