This is an individual that our daughter had a relationship with. He lived in her home as a full time renter for longer than 6 months in Santa Rosa. He met and had a relationship with our daughter, we thought that he was a trustworthy individual. He stole from my daughter and broke into our house and stole some personal items. He is about 26 years old. He now lives at his sisters house in Santa Rosa California. He comes off as a young, honest and confident young man. He is actually a practicing drug addict and will rip you off. I keep hearing how he has people after him blah blah blah. He is about 5'4 tall , very skinny, has a full head of brown hair.He drives a jeep cherokee and has a brown female dog. This man is a con artist and a thief. Beware of renting property to him, he left our daughter with a 3 thousand dollar electricity bill as well. This man is not to be trusted. His name is Michael Costlow.
