The enclosed information is from the records of Saratoga County Clerk's office and are public record. Of course, these represent only those who have chosen or could afford to take Michael and/or Magdalena Prisco to court. The stories of many of these people would possibly add to the case against them, especially the intimidation, which is one ofMichael's strong points with his victim's.

Michael loves to have a hold on victims and keep them dangling. He has a strange picture ofhimselfbeing the one in charge and able to manipulate them by making them fear.  He is to be feared because he poses a threat if he gets cornered or upset with anyone but he may not be the one who handles his retaliation. He has 'friends and associates'  who could do his dirty work so no one has proof against him. He daims he has family who are Mafia down in the NYC area.

Both Michael (Mike) and Magdalena (Maggie) flaunt their supposed wealth to people, appearing to be so generous, when in fact the records show that their 'wealth' is income they stole from others.  They do not pay taxes and have had NYS Tax Warrants against them.

From persona!observation,  a point that should be investigated, is the equipment and inventory show on their website, "Magdalena's House ofPianos", at the bottom ofthe page, shows a view of the area oftheir "largest piano restoration in the USA"and ali their manufacturing equipment. Note that everything looks brand new. Where could they have gotten the money to purchase ali of this equipment?

Angelo Andino is quite ill in the summer 2008 and has lost considerable weight and looks very drawn. The photos of Angelo using various pieces of equipment in the operation show a much, much healthier Angelo. It is unknown if Angelo and Michael are related, Angelo is possibly an uncle. They formed a partnership by filing a DBA 18 Dec 2007 known as Angelo Andino Piano Institute AAPI at 1433 Saratoga Road/ Route 9, Fort Edward. (NOTE- Fort Edward is actually in Washington County. The physicallocation is in Saratoga County but that area has a mailing address Fort Edward).

They  put the business on the Internet as Magdalena's  House of Pianos but there is no DBA at Saratoga County for that name. Included in that website it mentions the Angelo Andino Piano Institute and that people wishing to learn to rebuild pianos may come to that location and learn the trade from craftsmen.  They also state that the door is always open for someone to come and look at their dust-free operation where they rebuild pianos and see their inventory of pianos. The investigators of this case should visit this location with someone with complete knowledge of pianos and take a thorough look around while appearing to look for a piano to purchase.

A few years ago, when Michael was working as a home repair/remodeling contractor,  he had a garage full of kitchen cabinets and other materials.  Note that their bankruptcy of2004 wiped out the debt they owed to Kraftmaid Cabinetry.  He is also known for burglary and theft. There is a Foreclosure ofMortgage against their present residents. Word has it that they are moving but to where is unknown.

A former neighbor who was employed by Corrections told his girlfriend that Michael was being investigated for having a "Meth" lab.  When Phillip Parish (about 20 years old) was arrested for drugs (and now in prison) he did not request anyone from his family be called, only Michael Prisco. Reportedly, other ofPhillip's friends (names unknown) also requested Michael Prisco be called when they were arrested.

On the Internet website known as Manta where you find information about businesses, Magdalena Prisco is shown having a business located at their home address at 2 Wallingford Court, Gansevoort,  NY 12831. This shows that she has 59 employees at this address and an annual income of$450,000. It is questionable ifthere is room for 59 people in that building and with ali her outside activities, especially shopping, when would she have time to run a business. Is this a cover up for sorne other activity they have going?

On TV channel 6 in Albany, they have twice had programs Homeowners  beware where they exposed Mike Prisco having scammed people under one of his several business names. This can be found by using Google and putting in "Homeowners  Beware Albany NY Prisco"  They profess to be Christians and that seems to open the door for them with many people to get them work.  That is pointed out in these newscasts.

In the past, Michael's brother Rudolph P. 1 Rudy Prisco has lived at the same addresses as Michael and Magdalena. Rudy has been doing the same type of scam operation with a computer business and every ti me someone took him to court, he filed a different name DBA just as Michael has done.  Using the search engine www.pipl.com,  you can pull up other records and many oftheir earlier addresses may be found. They also have other earlier addresses in Bronx, NY, areas of PA and NJ.

The piano business is probably not the only income with the Priscos. It's currently the most visible they have been because of the Internet. Michael has been on several piano-related groups emaillblogs and his personality becomes very obvious. He is often tripped up from one message to the other and his statements constantly boast of his importance (at least to himself).  With ail that is known, one wonders how these two have kept from being thrown into jail. Maybe the enclosed pieces will help everyone see more of the real picture and if this makes the media, more victims will come forward.

After reviewing all of the material from the Saratoga County Clerk's files and his boasting in his rebuttal on the Rip Off Report that he handles hundred's of piano customers, it certainly would warrant the IRS, the FBI and the State Attorney General's Office to first
