Mike Sanchez Parking lot slum lord towed me after paying to park. Big Scam!! Denver, Colorado

On July 19th I paid to park in a parking lot at the corner of 20th and
Arapahoe to attend a Rockies game.  I was towed 45 minutes after I
parked.  The attendant did not inform me that I needed to place my
ticket on my dash, and there weren't any signs posted to indicate that
either.  I had to pay $360 to get my car back from Lone Star Towing!!

I called the business that uses the parking lot during the day and asked
who managed the lot in the evening.  They gave me the name Mike Sanchez
and the phone number 303-434-1111. 
I have spoken to him 3 times now asking him to resolve this
misunderstanding and refund me the money that I was charged.  H does not
return my calls and acts as if he doesn't remember talking to me.  I
have been researching him on the internet and I
 found references of Mike Sanchez owning a
towing company. 

I feel as if there is a big scam being perpetrated on
the people who park down town in these dishonest lots.  It seems like this guy owns multiple parking lots and makes the instructions for their use very vague so that he can tow anyone who parks there.  He is in business with Lone Star Towing in some form and is screwing his customers out of hundreds of dollars!  I am not sure if
the Mike I have been talking to is also the Mike Sanchez who ran for
City Council and lost in the last election.
