i went to a real estate seminar and bought 500 dollars of materials. on the credit card reciept their is small print that you are signing up for a 99 dollar monthly subscription to a letter campaign. you get 5 dollars in plain white envelopes and 100 preprinted letters on cheap stationairy with their contact information on it. yes, you pay 100 dollars a month to promote his company. i called to get a refund and they said since it was already printed material they would not refund my money. i explained that i never subscribed to any letter campaign. they said you didn't read the fine print. buyer beware, don't sign anything with mike watson institute or pay cash only and read all the fine print. front and back. buyer beware.
