This person willfully entered a marriage with me knowing he wasn't divorced yet. Took $600 last year from me to catch up child support to first ex-wife but never sent it to her.

Took $4,000 for an Rx-7 and customization of said car from eBay which he sold in less than six months at a loss. the car was bought for my husband...legally he was not.

The utilities had to go in my name for the house since he was always working and he left outstanding balances on all of them. He talked me into signing off on a new 2006 Nissan Sentra SE R but never made payments or downpayment nor got it insured. drove it from may '06 to end of sept. '06 and trashed inside of car completely including 3 inches deep garbage on floor in back $29,000 for car including repo expenses.

back child support for aug. '06 to present, hasn't paid a dime.

legal fees to have marriage annulled and criminal warrant/complaint: $3250. relocation fees due to bigamy & fraud: $800 for u-haul and tow for my '92 honda.

$1800 for mortgage for house he fraudulently obtained by having my father co-sign.

travel expenses for court hearings in georgia after having to move to my parents' house in ny

$3200 to catch up back payments on hose in douglasville, ga since he let it get 3 months behind.

endangerment of a minor, which is a felony. $500 to Bank of America for overdrawing the checking and savings accounts and obtaining another acct. using my name and social security # thru citibank and overdrawing that acct. as well. they were all closed.

this person had a good woman by their side and ruined her life and her two kids including endangering both a newborn and a 12 yr old. he defrauded his first ex-wife and 2 other women as well.

he is wanted in state of alabama for failure to pay child support. he was arrested but released on bail and bond. now he's gone underground and I sicced NYS Child Support Enforcement on him.

Girlfriend's name is Erica and she still works at DSW where he worked until fired for being arrested on the job. He moved with her and convinced her with his lies to help him destroy property and commit fraud so I am going after her as an accessory and for obstruction of justice.

The District Attorney has not indicated when this will come to trial and now no one knows where he is except the girlfriend.
