But then again, you probably never learned about rachmanos, or chesed for that matter.

Blow it out your tuchus

GOT IT, my kipah krowned kook?
You were, in the end, treated more than fairly by your "mishpucha".
The least you could do, as a fellow traveler supposedly imbued with at least a hint of "chesed" and "rachamim", is to graciously acknowledge that this business did right by you in the end, and let the case be closed.
You come off as a typical Bible Belting hypocrite.
To try and destroy this business over a lost post office box is disgusting.
And NO, before you play that hoary old card, I do not work for Mile Chai, have never been to Colorado, and do not wear anything on my head except when it rains.

That said, it still doesn't appear he gave this business a fair shake.
Other than express mail, most parcel post mailed packages are untraceable, without tracking numbers. Depends how it was mailed.
These folks in the end gave him the stuff for free and took the hit on the shipping too. I think maybe merchants ought to view orders from this customer with caution. Not denigrating his honesty, but his rush to judgment.

From your extremely short post, it doesn't appear you gave them any notice that you didn't get your stuff.
Sounds like you did them dirty.
At least confirm whether or not they did make you whole as they stated.

Events as Stated by Company Owner False

Although I received a reimbursement from this company, however, their tactics of presenting falsehoods continues - The reason why they did not mail the first item as they indicated they did, is that in the BBB Report, they reflected that they were waiting for item from Israel - So, how could they have shipped it and then blamed the PO (no tracking number ever provided to me)?
My contention is that I would use the utmost caution when dealing with a company as this -
