April 1st placed order.
April 14th received an e-mail saying they were swamped with orders and cannot keep up with demand.
June 20th received another e-mail saying I could swap to things they may have in stock.
June 22nd received an e-mail saying order is processing.
July 8th received e-mail saying they have shipped a lot of orders, but not mine. I can swap or refund if I want.
September 22nd receive the spam about a new shipment of spices
September 23 received a copy/paste generic response to my complaint about not shipping after 5 1/2 months. They say they are too busy to respond to individual updates. They say check back in two weeks and maybe they'll do something if it hasn't shipped. This is what they have told everyone else too.
It is very clear this company does not want to honor certain orders or provide individual support for orders. I strongly advise to stay away.
