Milford Spice Accepts orders and does not fullfill them. Milford Township, Michigan

Now four months after placing an order i have yet to receive any part of it.  The company regularly sends out mass emails chronicling all the trouble they are having filling orders.  Well that is part of doing business! accepting orders you know you can not fulfill is plain fraud.

The most recent excuse is that the response they had to a groupon they offered was well above what they had expected.  Truth is that this is NOT the first time they have offered groupons.  in fact the last time they offered a groupon they were "swamped ny the response" and took months to fulfill the orders.  once can be explained, but no more than that.

I did finally manage to get hold of someone at Milford spice on a Thursday about my order. I was told that my order was waiting on a single item and that item would be in  the following Tuesday. They assured me my order would go out Tuesday or Wednesday at the very latest and i would get an email as soon as it shipped.  Well it is now Sunday, five days after I was assured my order would ship, and i have heard nothing from them.
