King of swords said that if i want the right product i have to pay for the return shipping of the baton that they mistakingly sent, and they would reimburse me. I emailed back and said whats the difference? if you are going to reimburse me then just pay for the shipping beforehand, i am not handing over another cent just to get another store credit. Its the king of swords mistake, they wouldnt pay for a mistake if i had made one. After reading numerous complaints about this company it makes me wonder how it is still trading. Im in New Zealand, has anyone got any ideas how i can right this situation?
