Four items ordered were never received from this company placed in August.Several emails were written and in the 3rd email that was sent 9/18/2007 and replied to by the company 9/19/2007 it asked about the status of the first order. The company apologized about the delay claiming their restock shipment was stuck in customs and that when the order shipped they would send confirmation and a tracking number, they didn't. An email was sent then on 09/21/2007 asking about the order status as well as 9/27/2007 with no reply. The orders were purchased through Paypal so I contacted them by phone. I was told to call the company and if that didn't work to file a request money ticket for refund then file a dispute. I called the company and was told that I would get a call back about the orders but didn't. The payments were listed under authorizations not payments so I was not able to file a dispute that I was aware of. An email was sent 10/05/2007 requesting a full refund on all orders that the company had not yet shipped. I called the company 10/06/2007 a 2nd time and got an answering machine, leaving a message and my contact number. An attempt to cancel the orders was made by visiting their site. I then received an email 10/08/2007 claiming that the four orders would be cancelled as requested and sent to accounting for refund. These orders had not been shipped, otherwise they could not of been cancelled. In turn they also state that if an item goes out of stock they will contact you and offer alternative items, cancellation, refunds or in store credit. None of this was offered and the total for these orders is $75.96, which has still not been credited back to my account. I sent an email 10/12/2007 asking when I would receive my refund, I received a reply email the same day saying that refunds will be processed as soon as possible and we would receive a confirmation email. That was fourteen days ago, every email i have sent has been without reply and I still have not recieved my refund or any explanation.
