I spoke with Kristen Burton today because our time was running out to Schedule airline travel. She tells me that they sent information back regarding claiming tickets, never received anything. After signing up with Island Trader Vacations in 7/12 we sent our information in right away Reg. Return Receitp. Kristen refused to let me talk with the owner Tony Armond and that he does NOT have a phone to leave a message for. Now no tickets or free airfare which we already paid a $75.00 fee for in July of 2012. Poor, Poor business ethics!
