Finally we got a call from ITC but it didn't solve this. We never were able to get one of the gifts off the ground, first they were 'out of ' car vouchers, and going to send them to us, they never did, then they couldn't find our request so they sent a new paper to file a claim to us.
Meantime, there was so much fine print, so many regulations, that I doubt if any body is ever able to make this work. We are going to time out on this and we never even got the vouchers from our choice of offers. This is a first class Ripp Off and I am certain also that Global Vacations is aware of it. There will never be a next time for us getting into any of these travel schemes.
