Millionaire mindset (a Real Estate how to system by Dwan Bent-Twyford) writes in very small print that you have to have someone call you to OK your return and get your money refunded after you purchase their product.
When you call customer service they inform you that someone will get back to you about how to get your money refunded within 24 to 36 hours. If you do not talk to that person you cannot get your guaranteed money back.
I am on my third phone call to customer service in 10 days and still I am unable to get the return information to get my money back! Also you make payments to get this product and as time is going by while I am not getting my refund back, they are continuing to charge my account for their product! My banks only solution to stop them from being able to continue charging my account is to close my bank account and start a new one since millionaire mindset already has my account information.
What can I do? Customer service is of no help and continues to tell me that I have to wait until someone calls me back. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

report your card missing
AUTHOR: Lois - (U.S.A.)

the one thing you should never do with a tv or online store is use a debit card, always ALWAYS use a credit card, they will back charge them every time (consumer protection laws)
Since it sounds you have used your debit card, you can report it missing, and they will cancel it immediately and send you a new one, or you can report it stolen and attempt to dispute the charges from the "stolen" card at the time - I personally don't believe that way is a good way though, since you would be lying. I would have the card cancelled and just wait for the new check card. I hope that helps
