It appears that the anonymous donor on MillionairesMoney.com is actually a marketer for the Empower Network and some other sites. An email marketing list is created to send emails advising how to get rich. The emails are mostly generic emails with useless advice excpet the Empower Network email is more specific. Emails are sent with statements like if you want to be rich, you need to associate with people on the Empower Network and it is your own fault if you do not. The Empower Network is such a scam. What they teach is how to write ads to attract low-income people on Craig's List that will not be flagged. The ads include a link to a video about Empower Network. You have to pay around $25 to find out how since the video message goes around in circles not telling you how their marketing business works. Basically, you recruit people with ads asking them to watch a video to find out how to become rich. That is what the MillionairesMoney person is just trying to recruit people to that site. He is not rich at all. I know quite few people who applied for the $1000 grant with a very good cause. All of their requests were denied. And when they reapploed in the future (as the website states you can do), the requests were ignored.
